One Year Later?

I am having a hard time believing that I haven't posted here for a year. Well, no resulutions this year either. Although, I did start the New Year out right .. 1.5 miles on the treadmill. I'm about 7 pounds lighter than I was a year ago, and losing weight. So ...

Nope, no resolutions

I didn't even waste time making resolutions. Today is just another day. A day for new beginnings, but the changes will be much less than my daydreams desire.

If I could just lose as much weight this year as I did last year, I'd have a very expensive clothing bill.
